Yaaaay, Kirito jacket's almost done. Now I just need armor! :> I made the welt pocket functional too. That way, I can put my debit card, ID, convention badge, and hotel keycard in it. :heart:

I'm trying to finish up my Kirito cosplay from Sword Art Online. ^^

Thank you!! :) I can't remember the fiber content, but I used black denim that had a little bit of stretch.

Thanks. :) My brother wishes to do a Kirito cosplay for an upcoming con, but I was sure what type of fabric to use. I know a lot of cosplayers tend to use a leather type fabric, but I think black denim looks a lot better and softer in appearance.

Ohh, fun! :) I'm sure there will be lots of Kiritos (myself, my friend, and your brother included) at upcoming conventions, so it will be interesting! xD
I've seen leather being used, and it looks cool (just because leather has a visually appealing texture), but I don't think it really looks like the material shown in the anime. I liked the look of denim better. ^^
